WARRANTY & SUPPORT

A support process built around evidence and clear responsibility.

MEKVANTA coordinates first-line product support and works with the relevant manufacturer or supplier when engineering review, replacement parts or warranty authorization is required.

Coverage is confirmed with the product.

Warranty duration, covered components, service method and responsibility for freight or labour are product- and order-specific. The written warranty terms supplied with the quotation or order confirmation control.

MEKVANTA does not publish a universal warranty duration because different manufacturers, components and configurations may have different coverage. Request the applicable warranty document before ordering.

PODNEX U1 responsibilityPODNEX manufactures the U1. MEKVANTA provides international customer coordination and first-line support, with PODNEX product or engineering escalation when required.

How support cases are handled

1. Triage

We verify the equipment, symptoms, order and safety status.

2. Guided checks

Remote diagnostics may include configuration, cleaning, fixtures, software and sample tests.

3. Escalation

Manufacturer review is requested when the case needs engineering or warranty authorization.

4. Resolution

The next action may be instruction, a part, repair coordination or another written remedy.

Items commonly outside equipment warranty

Subject to the actual warranty document, normal wear, consumables, misuse, unauthorized modification, unsuitable power supply, improper maintenance, transport after delivery and operation outside specified conditions are commonly excluded. This list is illustrative and does not replace the product-specific terms.

Safety and unauthorized repair

Stop using equipment if there is smoke, unusual heat, exposed wiring, liquid ingress, severe mechanical damage or another safety risk. Disconnect power when safe and request instructions. Do not bypass interlocks or perform electrical repairs without authorization and appropriate qualifications.
