How MEKVANTA support works
What should I include in the cost per item?

Include the blank, ink and cleaning consumption, packaging, failed prints, payment fees and any allocated software or AI charges. Labor, rent, shipping, taxes and equipment costs also affect the business result. Ink cost alone is not the finished-product cost.

How much are ink and AI tools?

Request the current ink price, bottle sizes, expected yield for your artwork, included AI allowance and additional-use charges in your quotation. Coverage, white ink, cleaning and product type affect consumption. We do not apply a universal per-item ink cost or promise unlimited AI access.

What maintenance should the operator expect?

Ask for the operating guide and a demonstration covering ink checks, waste ink, cleaning, nozzle checks, startup, shutdown and periods of non-use. An automatic cleaning feature should not be treated as maintenance-free operation. The manufacturer’s instructions for the supplied configuration govern the routine.

What happens if the machine has a fault?

MEKVANTA coordinates first-line support and manufacturer escalation. Provide the serial number, issue description and clear photos or video. Confirm the warranty duration, covered parts, exclusions and responsibility for replacement-part freight in writing before purchase.

Can customers order and pay online?

The PODNEX demo lets you explore the customer-facing workflow. For your own store, confirm the available products, payment providers, currency, countries, fees and pickup or shipping options. A demonstration is not proof that every payment or commerce integration is included.

Are you selling pet gifts or the equipment?

This page is for businesses evaluating equipment and application kits. The images illustrate possible personalized products. MEKVANTA is not offering individual consumer pet gifts for online checkout here.
